Revision to building permit #b1303913 to include the following: architectural site plan: a1-1: the loading area layout was updated to reflect the final layout as coordinated with ddot and final bza decision and order issued june 19th, 2013 - bza application nos. 18503 & 18505 - and as coordinated with pepco for required clearances. Architectural plans a2-1 through a2-5 - minor changes implemented at unit entries to ensure accessibility compliance. Architectural elevations a4-1 through a4-3 - updated to reflect changes to elevations coordinated in advance with the office of preservation in november 2013.
