Replace existing riser, relocate existing sprinkler heads and add new sprinkler head within the new addition as per plans.

Construction of a new 5-story, 62 unit senior independent living apartment building as per plans. Notice of demolition of existing building must be posted. Demolition may not begin until september 8, 2009.
