Install 200amp service all proper grounding and bonding and complete rewire with recepts,switches,lights,fixtures,smoke and co derectors as per 2008 nec (south district)

Water and drains lines to fixtures (2)3pc baths,1 powder room,kitchen sink,washer box and water heater (sfd)the installation shall comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004

Application is for enlarging the existing stair openings and replacing new stairs and removal of the brick wall between rear one story portion and the three story portion of the building and installing a steel beam, (size 2x10x15. 3 c channels) as per details shown on the attached plan. No other work included in this permit application. Contractor shall provide temporary shoring prior to demo of the brick wall to safeguard the property.

Repair existing siding on front bay on 2nd and 3rd fl and install new siding to bay

Interior alterations to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011.
