Tear off existing room to wood decking; adhere rosen paper, base sheet with cup nails, using adhesive install 3 inch 150, then fully adhere . 060. No other work on allowed on this permit. Remove & replace 6 exist antennas install 3 lines of outdoor rated fiber optic cable (h&s mle hybrid)3-25 each from antennas to exist steel platfrom on roof per 2008 nec

Upgrade of wiring to #6, and breaker from amp to amp.... In accordance with 2008 nec

Replace existing 100amp service with new 200amp service. Install gen plug on exterior of the building. Install mts (manual transfer switch) next to meter and disconnect per 2008 nec (cell site)
