Swr june 20, 2006 2:59:04 pm stuartr recommend applicant consider assistance of a surveyor to help set structure corners as the entire road frontage portion of the lot is considered a "front" and "front left" setback. Appears there is no room for error if home is shifted a few inches one direction then applicant will not meet minimum required setbacks. Applicant must clearly identify and mark location of property boundary line / right-of-way line and the distances to the foundation of the new deck construction prior to calling and requesting deck footing inspection. In accordance with udo sec. 7-10-2 (f) (3) a uncovered deck may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet (6?) to the side or rear property line. Approved plan is posted at the construction site. 3.
