For the erection of an addition on an existing structure to include new shaft enclosure, exterior balcony deck, rated floor ceilling assembly, and interior alterations throughout to include new interior partition walls. Install new wet sprinkler system as per nfpa 13 for the 1st floor and basement, and nfpa 13r for the 2nd and 3rd floors. To include new underground and back flow preventer with a new 2 inch fire service line as per plans.

Install 400amp service complete with grounding, wire through out with switches, recepts, lights, interconnected smokes co2 detectors, door bell, cctv and phone as per 2008 nec (north district) install fire alarm system as per nfpa72
