Replace 2nd floor joist near front wall and sister two floor joists with 2"x 10" spf no. 2 lumber. Sister eight existing 2"x 10" roof rafters near the front wall with 2"x 10"spf no. 2 lumber. Replace roof decking in the affected area, using fire-rated 5 8" cdx plywood along the property line wall for 4 in from the property wall. Replace 2nd floor subfloor in the affected area with 3 4" tongue & groove plywood sheathing. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations, plumbing, electric and hvac that are not specifically addressed on case #567353.

Make safe permit. For interior demolition to non loadbearing components to expose elements for further evaluation by engineer,to resolve case #567353. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #567353.

Install drain and water lines for 3 toilets 3 vanities 3 tubs 1 kitchen 1 laundry as per philadelphia 2004 plumbing code.
