The proposed work consist on drilling 27 soil borings two inch diameter by a depth of twenty-five feet. Five borings for vapor point installation, hand auger, three inches diameter, five feet depth. Three borings for monitoring well over-drill and reinstallation, geoprobe hollow-stem auger, six inches diameter by twenty-two feet depth max, as per site plan, work plan report, dc well construction/schematic applications and documents for t-court investments, llc.

Advance 26 soil borings as part of environmental assessment and remediation. 13 of 26 borings will be advanced to 14 ft depth via geoprobe hollow stem auger, 6 inch diameter and will have 2 inch diameter pvc wells installed. 13 of 26 borings are for soil assessment only, geoprobe direct push, 2inch diameter 25 feet depth.
