Demolition of existing non bearing partitions ceiling. Floors finises and wall finishes in exising masterbedroom and bathrooms. New bathroom finishes, tile, hardwood floors, paint. Cosmetic updates in closet and master bedroom-ez permit stadard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install new wiring for master bedroom, bathroom and laundry closet lights, recepts, switches, fans as per 2008 nec (north district)

Installation of: 1- water closet, 2- lavatories, 1- bathtub, 1- laudnry sink

Replace plumbing pipes for water, drain and los for new kitchen, laundry room and 2nd floor bathroom rehab including new 1st floor powder room
