Fixture drain & fixture replacement and repair soil waste vent stacks, as required. House drain is not included. Additional permits are required for the 12" combined sewer lateral & 2" domestic water distribution service to the street mains. Fuel gas piping & equipment is not part of this permit and requires a mechanical permit.

Install exterior emergency phone at curbside. 1 120v circuit & 1 phone line via conduit.

Rewire (4) dormitory kitchens as per 2008 nec (west dist)

280 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for interior renovation.
