On 12 07 2016, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #723056.

To create a resataurant in a portion of the basement and on the vacant commercial space on the first floor all other uses to remain.

For erection of two (2) roof top addition as part of an existing structure. Size and location as shown on the application. For use as vacant commercial space (use registration permit required prior to occupancy), and single family dwelling unit located on the 1st floor and visitor accommodations located from the 2nd - 3rd floor.

For interior exterior alterations to create two commercial spaces, a single family dwelling and hotel lobby on the first floor with 29 hotel rooms on the second and third floors and roof deck above as per plan.
