(duplex)-`1st floor-install 90,0 btu 92% gas furnace. In 1st flr closet with 2 1 2 ton a-coil and 2 1 2 ton condenser with associated ductwork. (2nd flr.)install 100,0 btu with 92% gas furnace in 2nd flr closet with 3-ton a-coil and 3 ton condenser with associated ductwork. Condenser in back yard.

Install new torch down rubber on main and porch roof for sfd. 14 sq ft.

2 amp service and complete rewire as per 2008 nec(2fd)(west dist)

Sheet rock repairs, flooring wood and tile, windows. Five rooms total, laminating walls with sheetrock in 4, replacing in 1. Install hard wired interconnected smoke detectors in bedrooms, the hallway outside of bedrooms, basement and common area. Interior alterations - single family dwelling - applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated feb. 2007. Deviations from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
