To remove no more than three (3), test patches of existing stucco from the ground floor of the st. Peter elevation of the party wall with the neighboring 616 n. Rampart building to determine feasibility of removal and to analyze underlying masonry. Each patch to measure no more than 2 x 2. Contractor to stop immediately if attempted removal results in any damage to the underlying masonry. Contractor to contact vcc staff for inspection following removal.

To remove illegal stucco infill on the rampart elevationto reinstall illegally removed door trim to match origianl conditions per photo (see attached) please call vcc offices for onsight inspection when installation begins. 658-1420

To repair replace gallery decking and fascia as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached)to repair existing bent gallery pole by straightening if possible; if pole cannot be properly straightened, entire length of pipe to be replaced reusing existing base and capitolto remove existing cap flashing and install new galvanized flashing into mortar joint on the inside of parapet to prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure (4 psi max) and or sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint new colors as follows: walls...
