To modify openings & install fire-rated doors on rear, chartres elevation, in conjunction with a change of use from vacant to residential (2nd floor), per ac approval of 06/24/14 & vcc approval of 07/02/14, and per materials received 05/29/14 & 06/10/14, respectively, and stamped vcc approved 07/11/14, as follows: reduce size of two (2) door openings from 6 wide to 3 wide, one (1) on each floor. Install 90-minute fire-rated hollow metal doors & metal frames in each modified opening rather than the glazing-over-panel double-doors that were previously approved & permitted. Note: this permit also serves to satisfy the provisions for the change of use, as noted in article 8, section 8. 1 of the new orleans comprehensive zoning ordinance.

Construct a 2-story, 2418 sq ft commercial building as per plans, vcc permit #12-17367-vcgen and bza dkt #025-12. No use and occupancy, further use requires a separate permit.
