For the installation of a new two (2) inch fire service line with backflow preventor for the installation of a fire suppression system per nfpa 13r. Plans shall be in accordance with approved building plans. Any deviations will require updated plans.

For the erection of side and rear three (3) story wood-frame additions, over new reinforced concrete foundations above crawl spaces. Interior alterations throughout to create three (3) dwelling units (one per floor) with single rated exit enclosure; building shall be fully sprinklered. Work includes minor framing changes to existing, rated wall and floor-ceiling assemblies per plans. Special inspection reports shall be furnished to department field inspector. Separate permits required for all fire suppression, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
