Permit for relocation of lot lines to create one (1) lot from two (2) lots. For the erection of a one (1) story structure maximum 38 9" high (roof canopy over the ramp and stairs and roof canopy over platform) accessory to the existing septa train station. Demolition of retaining wall and 3 high wall and erection of retaining wall with 3 high guard-rail on retaining wall and 3 high wall. For the erection of ten (10) accessory double faced free standing signs, three (3) accessory single faced free standing signs, seven (7) flat wall signs and directional signs with no logo. Reconfiguration of accessory parking spaces for a new total of sixty two (62) spaces including 3 handicap spaces and not providing adequate landscaping and screening along the street frontage, along the residential lot line and 10% within the parking lot.

Implement erosion and sedimentation control. Construct sheet piling. Demolish and remove section of existing retaining wall stem and footing. Excavate and construct retaing walls and foundations. Install drilled piers and pier caps. Construct cast in place walls and other precast units and site improvements all for passenger waiting station
