Install 200a service and complete rewire to include recpets, lights, switches, outlets, arc breakers, gfi in kit and bath, hardwired battery backup smoke det. No electric appliances. All work done in accordance with 2008 nec(sfd)(west dist)

Interior alterations to include refinish floor and staircase, paint trim and walls, repair replace drywall as needed, replace dry rotted wood, replace cabinets countertop and replace (1)window on the 2nd floor. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.- note: contractor has no employees no workers compensation - sole proprietor
