Obtained pictures and contacted bob buchanan and asked permission to add additional signs to application and he gave his permission. Sign 2 on canopy 8x2 for a total of 16 sf of non-illuminated sign. Sign 3 on wall 2. 5x2. 5 for a total of 6. 25 sf of non-illuminated sign. Where there is no curb, measurement shall be made from the edge of pavement. The minimum setback for a freestanding or ground sign is 10ft. Freestanding or ground signs shall not be posted in the public right of way or be placed within a driveway sight visibility triangle that impedes safe and adequate visibility from vehicles or for pedestrians.
