Residential interior remodel, raising and construction of new reoof and extending over new outdoor patio area and addition of 1 sq ft deck for luke w perry;ref 15-013 pz for variance and 14-12564 for demo; rec amendment to add grading and for response comments to building; rec amendment the existing 4" concrete slab is being removed. A new insulated 4" concrete slab is being installed. In it will be pex pipes to run a radiant heat system. The system will be powered by a navian tankless water heater. It will be installed on the lower level next to the bathroom, instead of up in the loft. Vent clearance will be maintanted. Ok per kim levi to issue permits without going through plan review.; rec amendment, remove proposed deck from scope of work, existing stairs will remain. Adc.; all, permit number is 15-02285. There was a demo permit attached to the address 6 rector st according to the contractor/owner. He said he was in the office and was talking to kim when he was on the phone with me
