To amend a p no 548249 to add a roof deck and pilot house to previously approved structure. For the erection of an attached structure with a rear deck at the 2nd floor level, an exterior balcony at the 4th floor front and a roof deck accessed by a pilot house. For use as single family household living with two (2) interior, accessory parking spaces, accessed by a shared driveway easement. See a p no 561089 for approved plans.

For the lot adjustment to create ten (10) lots (proposed premises "a", premises "b", premises "c", premises "d", premises "e", premises "f", premises "g", premises "h", premises "i" and premises "a. 1") and one shared driveway easement from one (1) deeded lot (613-25 n 3rd street) and two (2) office of property assessment accounts (613 n 3rd street and 615-25 n 3rd street). To amend a p no 451067, cal no 18039 for the erection of an addition at the 4th floor rear of a previously approved attached structure. The addition will be the same height as the previously approved 4th floor and will not change the footprint of the previously approved structure and for the erection of a fence guard (42" in height, less than 50% opaque) at the front property line. A p no 451067 was issued for the erection of a four (4) story attached structure (439" high) with a cellar, an interior garage, roof decks, bays and balconies, for use as a single family dwelling.

Amend new construction permit # 518698, as further amended by permit # 563642 (changing construction type & sprinkler requirement) to legalize an as-built extension of the "fourth floor level" (fifth story) frt framing with 2 hour bearing walls, gypsum panel wall bracing per engineers plan, and 1 hour roof and for construction of a roof deck accessed by a pre-fabricated exterior spiral stair. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work at these areas.
