The legalization of the erection of two (2) free-standing logo signs. The legalization and refurbishing of two (2) internally illuminated flatwall channel letter signs and for the erection of one (1) internally illuminated sign. Size and location as shown in the application. Signs accessory to an existing take-out restaurant with seating and accessory parking and free-standing sign as previously approved.
