Renovation to existing bldg house drain, stack & fai is 5 out (mixed use)

Reno to existing hvac system in a 4 story bldg. To be used as office space and assembly.

For level ii alterations to hvac systems, alterations to include the erection of registers, diffuser, air handling units and mechanical equipment with associated ductwork as shown per approved plans. Separate permits required for electrical and plumbing work.

For the erection of a concrete wall and iron gates to serve as an entrance to an educational facility. Site work also included as part of this permit.

Furnish and install new fire alarm panel, horns, strobes and pull stations per the approved plans, 2008 nec and the nfpa 72

Provide & install 80cat6 plenum cables 1 averg run, 48 cat5e plenum rated at 1 averg run, cables will be installed in j hooks, penetrations will be fire stopped as per 2008 nec (west district)

For level iii alterations to an existing building for use as office accessory to institutional use. Alterations to include erection of parition walls, provide accessible improvements and finishes throughout. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

Install 4- water closets, kitchen sink, ewc, 3- lavatories, water heater,sanitary and domestic water piping

Hvac installation to existing annex career development center as per plan.

Furnish & install fixtures, switches, receptacles & 2-panels as per nec 2008 west district. Service bonding per 250. 102(c) (#4).

Install 3" water service (mixed use) self-cerifications are no longer permitted - all excavations & plumbing trenches in excess of 5 in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection

Connect 6" house drain to existing private sanitary sewer at the back of the building at (2)locations with a total of approx. 212-0" of 6" ductile iron pipe with (3)cleanouts - pa one call #20141350336

Amend permit #528005 to include renovation of the existing 4 story main building to provide office and assembly space. Work includes the following: selective demolition, new structural steel supports and exterior stair tower for egress, new entrance ramp, new partitions and new finishes. - mixed use

New peco service, panels, wiring per plans, receptacles, reuse existing light fixtures & add new where needed.

Removal of 5,0 gallon #6 fuel oil underground storage tank and the removal of a 7 gallon kerosene underground storage tank, both tanks have been out of service for some time now. See site plan for locations.

For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13. System to be serviced by a six (6) inch water service and to include a six (6) inch backflow prevention assembly and fire pump.
