Install an alarm devise on the fire pump.

Replace existing cold water supply piping to existing water closet fixtures. Cutting and patching of existing, non load bearing plaster walls for access to run new piping. Plumbing and minor architectural work only. Remaining building systems inlcuding waste vent lines, mechanical and electrical systems will not be affected by the work. Old cold water connections to existing water closets will be cut, capped and abandonded.
