Addition to single family residence; determination made by the planning and development director that a portion of the lot (in a sharp curve) is to be considered a corner for the purposes of setbacks on this addition. This would require a setback of 12. 5 from the right-of-way to the proposed addition.; amendment 2/8/20 amendment approved to change lvl configuration and skylight size.; approved by fax from msd; director zn: approved per scott shuford, planning and development front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; setbacks are not being met with the proposed addition.; waiting for interpretation from d. O. I. Regarding ventilation of flat roofs. Will need to contact applicant regarding several issues including some dealing with the foundation design.; left message for the owner to contact plan review to go over design issues.; building comments

For attic controlled storage;scc; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested.
