Demo 2 rear decks and stairs. Build new decks and stairs to same size (28x6) as existing. Install new footings. Decks to be built with pressure treated framing lumber using 6x6 post 2x rim beams 2x6 joist 2x12 stringers 5/4 x6 decking and 42" high baluster rails. Remove siding and sheathing from below decks and install new plywood sheathing and clapboard siding. See (2) drawings. Decks are in poor condition; mass housing considers this an emergency repair.

Replace all existing windows with vinyl replacement windows. Replace all main front and rear doors. Replace all front egress landings and stairs the same size as the existing. Replace existing siding/trim with new vinyl siding/trim applied over rigid insulation and plywood sheathing. Replace all aluminum gutters and downspouts. Install two foot wide blown in insulation at perimeter in attic space. Strip and replace main and porch roofs with asphalt shingles.

Relocate gas pipe / install spigott

Install 12 lights buildings being resided replace existing ext. Lights doorbell buttons &; reconnect air conditioners
