The complete demolition of existing structure: for the erection of one(1) detached structure (nte 38 high). Size and location as shown in the application. For a take-out restaurant with drive through window and reconfiguration of existing accessory parking spaces from two hundres and four( 204) accessory parking spaces to a hundred and sixty- one (161) accessory parking spaces including with ten(10) accessible spaces on the same lot existing retail food, beverages and groceries and consumer goods, and all existing signage as previously approved.

Additional accessory signs for take out restaurant adding panels to existing free standing sign.

Erection of a canopy, kisok.

Erect canopy (1004"by with one (1) story structure 8by 12 under the canopy reconfigure parking lot to a new total of 196 accessory private parking spaces. Erect two (2) price signs (no logo) on canopy (30. 7"by 70. 8") int illum erect four four (4) accessory flat wall sign on kiosk two (2) 13" by 40" all non illum. Erect twelve (12) accessory flat wall signs on pumps six (6) 1 by 18" and six (6) 4 1 2" by 24" all non illum other site improvements as shown on plans

Installation of (2) double wall fiberglass underground storage tanks: (1) 15,0 gallon double wall fiberglass tank for regular unleaded gasoline and (1) 8,0 gallon double wall fiberglass tank for premium unleaded gasoline.
