For the installation of (1) ul 3 listed wet chemical extinguishing system with nine (9) flow points in accordance with nfpa 17a. Fire supression system to serve one (1) 12-0" (length) commercial kitchen exhaust hood system in an existing restaurant on the first floor of an existing structure. Please see ap#444354 for approved kitchen hood ventilation system.

Installation of type i commercial kitchen exhaust hood per plans. Separate permit required for hood fire suppression system. See permit # 439034 for plans.

Interior demolition first floor only of non load bearing walls. Additional permits required for alteration.

Install 13 2x4 & 1 flour. Lts, 8 switches, 9 recps, 2 exit em lts, 1 em lt, 3 bsmt lts & 2 fans. Installation to comply with articles 210. 8(b)(2) & 700. 12(f)of the 2008 nec.

Asebestos abatement required prior to the commencement of any work. Interior and exterior alterations per plans at the first floor level including new exterior ramp, basement access, rated assemblies at stair, accessible unisex toilet room and seating areas. See mechanical permit # 444354 for hood installation. Separate permits required for hood fire suppression system, electrical and plumbing work.

New structural steel and column supports at front portion of basement as well as sistering of existing joists and underpinning at rear portion of basement per engineers plan. All special inspection reports to be furnished to field inspector. This permit shall be an amendment to and is for work previously omiited from permit # 439034.
