Remove replace overhead kitchen cabinets only. No electrical, no plumbing. All work subject to field inspection. Repairs to be made in unit #1911.

500 sq. Feet of concrete patching and sealing cracks, all elevations only. No structual work.

Replace (2) existing 2x4 with new, replace (2) existing exhaust fans with new. Replace (1) existing sauna and controls with new, wire new sauna light fixture.

Repairs to the 9th floor men's room, locker room and sauna. Electrical permit # 100425434 issued 01 24 2012. No plumbing work to be involved under this permit. All work subject to field inspection.

Erect 1 scaffold from 11 1 12 to 11 1 13

Replacing compensating ropes on #1 service car pursuant to scope of work submitted. All work subject to field inspection by city of chicago elevator bureau prior to returning car to service. (ap#143349)

Ft., repair replace concrete tie holes with plastic sleeves 400 each, repair replace vertical concrete cracks walls and slab edges 6000 linear ft., repair replace balcony slab edges 90 linear ft., repair replace 25 balcony handrails, repair replace balcony rebar spalls 100 linear ft., repair paint balcony shallow spalls 100 sq. Ft., repair replace
