1st floor is the kitchen and living room. 2nd floor has the bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Remove, enlarge and replace window. 1st floor layout will remain the same. Finishes to be upgraded including but not limited to kitchen cabinets, stove, countertops, sink, faucet, flooring, baseboards. Exterior doors to be replaced in kind. Stairs will be reconfigured so that it goes to the 2nd floor from the other side. 2nd floor layout to be reconfigured so that there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry closet. All new electrical will be provided. The panel will be relocated and the service feeder extended to the new location. New wiring, receptacles, lighting. Plumbing - connect new stove and sink on 1st floor. 2nd floor bathroom to be replaced in new location. New bathroom fixtures. Laundry will be moved as well. Existing water heater to be relocated. Hvac - existing radiator system to be demolished. New central heating and air conditioning to be provided with rigid ducts.
