Rebuild 3 story deck and balcony per plans

Dismantle 29x22 of brick on the west wall and new masonry back up on new flashing on the bottom using all new bricks. Dismantle 26 x 6 of brick on south & new masonry back up on new flashing on the bottom using used common bricks. Replace approx bricks on east wall. Spottuckpointing. Replace limestone on the front.- all work same as existing; subject to field inspections. All work to occur on rear coach house. No work to front structure.
