Renovation of existing building into lush cosmetics

To install one (1) double-faced high density urethane sign to read "lush fresh handmade cosmetics per drawings submitted on 10/13/15 & stamped vcc approved 10/19/15sign will measure: 25" w x 25"h x 3"dsign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door, sign will hang from outriggers with steel chains, 9-5" above sidewalk and 11 1/4" from building face. Sign will have a black background with white letteringno additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

Hang new 25" x 25" business sign from the underside of the balcony with steel chains.

Exterior renovation per application received 06/25/15 and stamped vcc approved 10/14/15, as follows:remove existing wall infill, next to existing french doors on chartres side elevation of main building,install new six-over-six true divided lite double hung window next to existing french doors on chartres side elevation of main building; infill with historic brick below sill, finger into existing brick and match existing brick pattern. Paint to match existing. Repair and repaint all existing millwork; replace missing components to match existingremove planters from courtyard,remove and reinstall existing flagstone on new sand bed with grout in courtyard. Mix in new flagstone as needed,clean and paint first floor exterior walls, hvac screening, and underside of balcony, in courtyard to match existing,install new exhaust and intake fans in courtyard. Custom millwork drawings for new window must be reviewed and approved by vcc. (millwork stamped vcc approved 11/13/2015)frosted glass is not
