For amendment to permit ap#607992 to revise requirements of the fire suppression system in the building to be installed in accordance with nfpa 2007, standard 13 and 13r suppression systems.

Licensed professional engineer on record to be on-site to conduct continuous special inspections per code bulletin b-0503. Per code bulletin b-0702, written notice shall be provided to the owners of the adjoining property advising them that the excavation is to be made and that adjoining buildings should be protected, to be delivered not less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled start date of the excavation.

Interior plumbing construction for a new (4)story structure for the use of three (3)dwelling units and ground floor commercial use to a point 5-0" outside only- a scupper will be installed to satisfy the secondary roof drainage requirements of the 2009 international building code section 1503. 5 and the 2009 international plumbing code section 1107 - note: separate permit applications required for house trap, water distribution, sewer water connections to the city mains and the installation of the 1-1 2" backflow prevention containment device at the water meter - the installation will comply with the approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004
