Reducing size of existing pool, new paving in courtyard, new fountain, new light fixtures.

To renovate front and rear buildings as per materials submitted 06/24/15 and approved by the architecture committee 06/09/15 as well as modifications submitted 08/11/15 & 08/18/15 and approved by the architectural committee 08/25/15. Work includes but is not limited to:elimination of square headed opening in courtyard wall and creation of new arched openingwidening of the garage entrance into the buildingrestoration of the balcony on the madison elevation of the rear buildingminor window and door modifications throughoutremoval of existing storefront glass system and installation of new cmu walls with stucco finish on rear and connector buildingsconstruction of three new chimneysremoval of one existing skylight and installation of two new skylightsinstallation of six condenser units on a new rooftop platforminstallation of new standing seam steel roof in slate gray color on rear buildingnote: use of 10x16 spanish slate instead of 12x18 vermont slate indicated on drawings approved.

Renovation of existing single family residence

To continue the renovation of the front and rear buildings as per materials submitted 06 24 15 and approved by the architecture committee 06 09 15 as well as modifications submitted 08 11 15 & 08 18 15 and approved by the architectural committee 08 25 15 with the following change as per materials submitted 10 31 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 03 16. Change is limited to the mechanical rack located on the roof of the rear building. New rack to be located in same location but now measure 103" wide by 14 9 1 4" deep. New rack to support five hvac units and one generac 22 kw generator. Screening material to be made from anodized steel in a lattice pattern and painted a dark forest green color.

To perform various hardscaping work in the courtyard areas per application received 09 15 15, materials received 10 06 15, approved by the architectural committee 10 13 15, and stamped vcc approved 10 20 15. Work includes but is not limited to: reducing the size of the existing swimming pool to a finished size of 7x1111. Removing all brick paving material from courtyard including currently paved brick parking area. Install new pennsylvania bluestone on crushed limestone bed throughout lower courtyard install new pennsylvania bluestone on existing paved bed throughout upper courtyard install new wall fountain measuring approximately 8 tall and 48 wide. Install two new 24 bevolo gas lights on wall, one on each side of fountain note: area of brick paving noted on plans as to remain, to be removed and area paved in same fashion as rest of lower courtyard.

To install a series of eight (8) new wall ties as per architectural committee approval of 06 13 17 and final plans stamped vcc approved 07 19 17. Wall ties consist of: three (3) new 9 medallions approximately 12-8 above grade on the madison elevation of the main building one (1) new 6 medallion approximately 23-4 above grade on the madison elevation of the main building three (3) new 9 medallions approximately 10- above grade on the dumaine elevation of the main building (note: two (2) of these ties will be located within interior framing one (1) new 6 medallion approximately 21-7 above grade on the dumaine elevation of the main building note: wall ties located on stucco to be painted to match adjacent stucco. Wall ties located on exposed brick to be painted black to match similar wall ties.
