For the partial demolition of existing structures and tanks, for the erection of a two (2) story structure (office), a one (1) story structure (recycling facility), a one (1) story structure (scale house), and scale and for the erection of a 6-0" high fence. Size and location as shown in the application. For use as a recycling facility (storage and baling of junk, scrap metal, rags, waste paper and used rubber) with accessory office and for eighty-six (86) off-street parking spaces (including four (4) accessible parking spaces) and ten (10) loading spaces as part of an existing waste transfer station.

Unity of use to create one (1) lot (master lot - 5245 bleigh ave) for zoning purposes with restrictive covenants, agreements and easements to be recorded by deed to bind current and future owners of the contiguous two (2) parcels (5201 and 5245 bleigh ave) to preserve the unity of use and the legality of the entire project that stems from single zoning lot treatment. Prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy, proof of recordation of easements, agreements and restrictive covenants must be supplied.
