Replace only painted over device onto existing wiring,3 smokes in hallway and 2 smokes in basement,7 horns throughout living and bedrooms and 2 pull stations per nfpa 72 (multi family)

Removal and closure of 5 gallon underground storage tank ust used to store #2 heating oil at the property. All work will be conducted in accordande with all applicabel state and federal guidelines. At the completetion of the project, a closure report will be submitted to the city of philadelphia that will contain the fluid disposal manifest the tank diposal scrap receipt,and the soil sampling results showing that all samples pass padep guidelines
