Zoning permit can not be issued to convert existing garage into something larger than 5 sq. Ft. Parcel located within a rs-8 residential single-family high densitydistrict. Would need to comply with off-street parking stands as well. Called applicant contact and advised to consider limiting area to comply with accessory apartment. January 30, 2008 2:18:48 pm stuartr ; met with applicant who will redesign and re-submit in accordance with 5 square foot accessory apartment standard. Swr february 5, 2008 3:20:53 pm stuartr ; february 25, 2008 12:49:21 pm kneel amendment with new floor plan submitted for accessory apartment not sfh.; zoning site plan for the accessory apartment to be created in the existing garage. Applicant submitted a site plan showing that the unit will not exceed 500sf plan
