Interior exterior alterations to existing multi family dwelling, make additional 6th unit at 2nd floor for total of 6 residential units. New floor layout, partitions, fire rated enclosures, exterior stairs and entrty to basment level, roof repairs, floor framing repairs, connections as noted. Building to be sprinklered. Amending bldg permit number 665248. We are proposing changes to the doors on the first, second and third floors. The proposed changes we require is to change the hour rating of the doors to minutes, as per plans.
