Exterior repairs, roof @ 6oo square feet, remove and replace windows through out, interior remove damaged and delapedated porch walls @ 1 sq ft, replace with new to match existing, laminate interior walls & ceilings, kitchen and bath renovation install new 1st floor powder room interior alterations - single family dwelling - applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated feb. 2007. Deviations from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Licensed contractor to be listed on permit separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.

Install one 2-ton heat pump unit with accessory ductwork (sfd) - see hansen case #318381

Install power wiring throughout with single meter and 200a service as per 2008 nec(sfd)(west dist)
