Remove existing concrete and existing deck in the rear. Install landing with steps and flagstone patio. Replace fencing in kind. The space is to be divided into two levels. The upper parking level is to consist of 3 sqft of gray pervious pavers. Install parking pad with pervious pavers. Install retaining wall 21" high between pation and parking pad with 2 steps leading down to the sunken patio level. Wooden deck stairs will up to the first floor existing kitchen door where a landing will be provided. A metal frame gate is to be constructed at the alley and is to have the same cedar boards attached to it.
