To make repairs to the existing building as per scope of work and annotated photographs stamped vcc approved 10 25 17. Work includes:repairs to the first floor awning to match previously existing conditionreplacing broken glass and reglazing windows as necessaryspraying of all vegetation with an herbicide and allowing plants to wither for 3-5 days before removalrepointing of masonry as per vcc standard details (attached)replacing broken missing bricks as necessary, toothing in new bricks and utilizing bricks matched to the existingrepairing replacing stucco as necessary on currently stuccoed walls currently exposed brick walls not approved for stucconote: this permit does not address two window openings on the bienville elevation. These elements to be reviewed separately. Applicant to submit scope of work for these elements within days.
