Exterior alterations to any roof surface and window replacement to be done so in accordance with modern accepted construction means and methods (slope, material, mastics, etc). All work to comply with engineer approved plans. Separate use zoning permits and building permits for existing vacant 2nd and 3rd floors. No rearrangment of interior space in this permit. This permit is not part of existing first floor use.
