Replace 1 square foot of exterior side wall, first floor level, result of automobile impact. New section to be 8 inch cmu with new interior framing and sheetrock installed. Contractor must shore up existing floor systems and obtain approval from district field inspector prior to removal of wall section. In the event shoring is not approved by district inspector, this permit will be revoked. In the event of revocation, three sets of sealed drawings must be submitted to the department for approval prior to continuing with repairs to structure.

Install a new door into existing window opening and build an exterior accessible ramp as per plan.

Replace roof covering, new windows, new door,(same size and location) stucco outside wall.
