Driveway; driveway approved. Applicant is using concrete for driveway apron, past the right of way approx. 5 he/she can use any type material. Customer chooses to use 12" concrete in lieu of 6" cabc and 6 concrete. See detail 3. 15 for proper construction of apron. The driveways must be atleast 5 away from property line, but in this instance the old driveway was 1 from property line and can not be helped.
