Residential re-roofing 1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. 2. Remove the existing plywood substrate down to roof rafters and install new 7 16" osb to serve as new substrate. (primary residence only) 3. Install new wood fascia (furring) at rake edges. (primary residence only) 4. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at the eaves. 5. New degree drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 6. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at the eaves and in all valleys. 7. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 8. New limited lifetime certainteed landmark architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
