Replace curb trap and main drain and connect to existing pipe

Replace 3 4 water service with 3 4" cooper and new ferrule from main to curb pa20132272944 (sfd)

Replace panel feeder cable install receptacles and 2 smoke detectors per 2008 nec (multi family)

Remove existing fixture drain & supply lines as needed, install pvc drains & copper supply lines for 3 fixtures in bathroom - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Install disconnect switch in accordance with 2008 nec for a one family building

New installation of 1 amp service, and 2-20ap branch circuits and 2-15 amp branch circuits. Replace 10-switches and 12- receptacles per 2008 nec (sfd)east district

Ez alterations permit work to including removal of wall and ceiling materials and non load bearing partition walls. Installation of new non bearin partitions walls flooring and windows in existing openings. Ez permit stadard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Remove and install new rubber roofing system.
