Install new rubber rorch down roof, install vinyl siding for first floor rear wall, repair front wall as per attached engineers report. Stucco front wall after inspection approval. Install new roof cover as per manufacturers specifications. . New roof coverings shall not be installed without first removing all existing layers when the roof has two or more applications of any type of roof covering. Submit roof certification to inspector for final inspection.

Install 1 a service, switches, light fixtures, outlets & ceiling fan as per nec 2008 north district

Interior alterations to include install windows (in existing openings), install two exterior doors (in existing openings), laminate walls and ceilings with new drywall. Install new kitchen and bathroom. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. All necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression permits to be obtained, as necessary.
