Replace some of the overgrown and old landscaping in back yard with new trees, shrubs, and flowers. Perform minor grading along the north property line to level out sections of back yard to install small, stone patio and bocce ball court. This is purely a landscaping project and does not involve any additions or changes to our existing house or deck. There will be no mechanical, electrical, or plumbing items performed as part of this work either.
