Square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Call inspector prior for initial inspection prior to the start of work.

Remodel 4 - 3 pc bathrooms and 4 kitchens

Interior alterations including renovation of kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, repair of damaged plaster at select locations and replacement of stairway enclosure partitions with one (1) hour fire-resistance rated construction with sound attenuation per plans. Exterior work limited to minor roof covering repairs. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. No structural work; no change in occupancy (four (4) dwellings).
