For the erection of one (1) non-illuminated wall sign (channel letters) with wall attachment per engineers schedule plans; for the erection of one (1) double-faced free-standing sign with static internal illumination, work includes new concrete footings, support posts and sign cabinet per engineers plan. Separate electrical permit(s) required for illumination. Special inspections required; all reports shall be furnished to field inspector.

New construction of one story office building

Install a new hvac system for a new one-story building in accordance with plans approved under ap #286133.

Install 400a service, 53 receptacles, 21 switches, 43 light fixtures, 2 electric heaters, 2 heat pumps, water heater & exit emergency. Electric heat feeds to 60a with #6 cu. No fire alarm.

Amend building permit # 547900, dated 9 4 14, to eliminate the proposed free-standing sign. The approval will now be for the wall sign only. No new work or modifications to the work associated with the wall sign installation are authorized by this amendment.
