Interior alterations permit - replace 3 rear main roof joists (2"x 8") remove and replace porch roof joists in kind (2"x 6" @ 16" o. C.) ledger in board to existing walls with 1 2" dia. Expansion anchors @24" o. C. Main roof - replace roof sheathing with 5 8" exterior sheathing, felt paper and roofing hot roof. Replace roof sheathing with 5 8" exterior grade plywood, felt paper and shingles on the first floor porch roof - as per the engineers report. No other work on this permit. Call the inspector at least 24 hours prior to the start of work. Repair front porch roof and sister existing roof joists.

Interior renovation throughout existing single family dwelling, as shown on plans. Install lvls (4), and posts at rear sections of building, to support second floor. No other structural changes to building allowed under this permit.
